Berliner Weisse (4.0% ABV, 7 IBU) $6; Crowler: $10

Considered by some to be the most refreshing beer in the world, this tart beer is served either as is or with your choice of raspberry or Woodruff syrup.

Betty White (6.0% ABV, 48 IBU) $6; Crowler: $10

Like Rose, this golden beauty has a rye sense of humor. Golden Pale Ale with rye and Northern Brewer hops.

thank u, next  (5.1% ABV) $6; Crowler: $11

Collab with Lucky Hare Brewery. Named after the best album of 2019, this Belgian Pale Ale features fruit-forward Belgian yeast notes. Dry-hopped with Ariana for a slight aroma of tangerine and spiciness. Well balanced and delicious.

 

Ebenezer ESB (5.0% ABV, 33 IBU) $6; Crowler: $10

Strong Bitter. Like Scrooge, this is English and bitter, but not as bitter in the end as you might think. 

Hellcat Brown Ale (5.4% ABV, 33 IBU) $6; Crowler: $10

A malty, deep brown ale with a delicate finish of Kent Goldings hops. 

 

Melmac IPA  (6.9% ABV, 50 IBU) $6; Crowler: $11

A trifecta of hops adds some punch to this bright and citrusy IPA. 

 

Thousand Year Porter (5.4% ABV, 52 IBU) $6; Crowler: $10

Robust porter. Roasted, chocolate and caramel malts with a hint of English flavor hops.

Dark Matter Imperial Stout (10.4% ABV, 52 IBU) $7; Crowler: $15

Intensely flavored, pitch black, and viscous, with a slight alcohol warmth on the finish.

UPCOMING BEERS

Strawberry Lemonade Sour (small batch; name TBD). Release date: 7/9

Pilsner and wheat malt with traditional noble hops. We added several pounds of fresh strawberries and lemon zest for a tart, refreshing summer sour. 

French Saison (name TBD). Release date: 7/9

Traditionally brewed at the beginning of winter and aged until summer months, this beer was given to farm-hands to quench their thirst on hot days. Moderate strength, moderate bitterness, spicy, fruity, and with a dry finish. 

California Common (name TBD). Release date: week of 7/13

Also commonly referred to as a "steam beer," this is fermented with lager yeast but at warmer temperatures. Flavors of toast and caramel, with  a moderate bitterness and woody, rustic hop flavors.

American Pale Ale (name TBD) Release date: week of 7/13

Highly drinkable. This APA has some biscuit and caramel malt for complexity, and uses predominantly the classic NW US hop Cascade for moderate bitterness and floral and citrusy flavors and aroma.

Hefeweizen 

Classic Bavarian wheat beer: subtle banana and clove, highly drinkable.

Our usual NEIPA. Featuring El Dorado and Mosaic hops.

Milkshake IPA (name TBD)

A first for Water Street. Tangerine, vanilla beans, lactose, and more hops than you can shake a stick at.
